Need to migrate account to Enterprise plan
AnsweredHi there I have a free account with my company email but need to migrate this account to my company's enterprise account. How can I do this?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
Please reach out to your Box Administrator/IT team in order to be added as their managed user.
Note: Adding an existing Box user with an invidual account as managed user would look like this. It's not recommended to delete your exisitng Box account during this process.
