Need to Disable 2-Factor Authentication

I'm reaching out on behalf of someone on my team that was locked out of their Box account (as of yesterday). In order for her to meet urgent deadlines, we need to disable the 2-factor authentication for her Box account as soon as possible, so she can regain access to our files.
