Box Drive incorrectly shown as full
AnsweredMy box account shows full even after I've deleted files and cleared out my trash, just like it is explained in this support article.
I am currently unable to upload new files. It says to reach out to support to run a script to fix this. How do I submit a support request to fix this?

To submit a support request to Box, search the Help forums for similar issues first. If unresolved, submit a request from the Help section in the community sidebar. Provide detailed information about your problem, including any steps you’ve already taken. If needed, you can also chat with Box Support by signing into the community and clicking “Chat with Us” when available.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
