Account Full Notice (Might be caused by an accident move and recovery files in a sync folder)

I am currently encountering a notification of exceeding the storage space in my account after calculation.
I suspect this might be due to a few days ago when I was operating the sync folder on the desktop, I accidentally dragged one of the folders with files into another folder, causing the files to move.
This is not the result I wanted, so I used the restore function to restore the position of this folder, which may have caused a misjudgment when calculating the cloud space on the web page.
The total file usage on my desktop is 12.4 GB, which is less than the 15GB that my account can use.
Could you please assist in recalculating my online cloud space quota? Thank you very much.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
