Programmatically accessing shared folder from Enterprise account

I have a request to automate the download of some files from a folder created under Company A's Enterprise account. Company A reluctant to share the OAuth credential for me to automate my process. I'm exploring the following option:

Is it possible for me to create a free personal account, get Company A to share the folder to my account, and then I use my account's client id and client secret to automate the process?
