Says I am out of space

My box account says I am out of storage but the says I have only used 1.8 MB out of 100 GB

  It shows that you only have shared folders. Please note that a folder's storage limit will vary according to its owner's storage allocation. 

  At this rate, you must communicate this with the folder owner to rectify it.
