says storage is full but it is not
AnsweredI have one 48.4MB file in my box. That is the only file I have, but it says 9.7GB of 10GB full. There is nothing in my trash can.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
