AnsweredI have one 48.4MB file in my box. That is the only file I have, but it says 9.7GB of 10GB full. There is nothing in my trash can.

When I look at my storage used on my account profile, it says I have used 9.9 of 10GB, but when I go to my files, I only have 4 files, each at 50MB. Whenever I need to upload a new 50MB file, it te...
