Previously accessible file links now "Oops! We cant find the page..."
AnsweredI had a paid account. My sister added my email as a collaborator to her Box.com files/folders, and everything was fine...I was able to view, share and download files there. Then last November, my paid account was shut down (my credit card changed and i never updated it). I was told to create a new account (I used the same email address that I had before). However, I am still unable to access the folders that my sister shared with me.
For one thing, she says I dont need to have a paid account to access her shared folders. But regardless, I set up a new paid account (again, using same email as before), but Box.com says it 'cant find those pages'. - see attached screenshots. Please advise. I had stopped using this app as it was a pain in the neck, and here I am again, having issues trying to use it. Thanks.

Hi Peter,
Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
To rectify this, please follow the steps below:
-
Confirm which email the invitation is being sent to.
-
Check which email address your Box account is associated to. To do so, go to your Box account, click on your name on the top right hand side, then navigate to "Account Settings."
-
Make sure the email address the invitation was sent to matches the email in your account settings.
-
If they do not match, have the invitation sent to the email associated with the Box account.
Note: Please ensure that all collaborations are sent to your primary Box email address and not to your secondary email address if you have one tied to your account. This can also cause the issue above to occur. To find out more, you can visit this Community article.Hope it helps! -
