Hello,

My phone has been wiped and I need to reset my MFA.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Looks like the Box account you've logged in to post in the forum is not MFA enabled. By any chance, are you referring to your alternate Box account?

  If so, please submit a new case using the affected account by using this Support link.
