Your account says you're subscribed on a free individual account.
Deleting an Individual Account
Note
You cannot cancel an individual (personal, free) account. You can only delete it.
- Click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
- In the Account Details section, click Permanently Delete Account.
- Click Okay to confirm and complete the process.
Deletion will not happen immediately, but will take a short amount of time.
Meanwhile, if you are referring to your alternate Box account. Please follow the steps in this article according to your Box plan or go ahead and email cancel@box.com.
