Box full when it's empty

I have a Box Individual Free Plan. My storage is empty but it says that I use 34.8 gb. (I emptied the trash few days ago but it didn't change anything)
Can you help?

Note: If you ever come across these data inaccuracies in your account, please know that the problem is entirely with the display of these totals. This has no effect on your underlying data. All of your files remain in place and have not decreased in size or been edited by unauthorized people.
Please keep in mind the following information about storage calculations:
- Trash is excluded from your overall storage calculation.
- If you are collaborating with another user in a folder they own, the storage is calculated only as part of the owner's account and will not count toward your storage calculation.
Most of the time, aggregates will be updated within an hour or less. For larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct.For reference, you can visit this article.Thanks for posting! -

I come back to you because I can't upload anything because I reached (in theory) my storage limit.
My trash is empty for more than 24 hours and I use only 10gb on the 50 allowed.
It's very annoying. I was thinking to upgrade my account but due to this problems I won't take the risk.
I need a reliable product, if you can't do that I guess I (and others) will find reliable solutions elsewhere.

What should I do to get my storage fixed? Currently, I'm using between 1 and 10gb max but my storage is displayed as full (50gb) and I can not upload anymore.
I see that I'm not alone. I was thinking of upgrading my storage but I won't pay for a service that is not reliable.
Being blocked from uploading (when you need it) is the worst thing. Please correct it
