Box Drive PDF Viewing Issue_Access denied
CompletedI have 'viewer-uploader' permission.
But through Box Drive via Windows Explorer, when I try to open a PDF file, it doesn’t open, or Acrobat opens to a blank document with an error message (please see below)stating that I do not have rights to view the file. However, if I copy the PDF onto my Desktop locally and opens it, it works fine.
Is this an incompatibility issue? Could you please assist me in looking into it? Thank you for your help.
