dear Box Support, 
I just permanently deleted a file that was in the trash, and I want to restore the file.
please help, thank you

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  Once a file/folder's been deleted permanently from trash, I'm afraid we can no longer restore them for users subscribed on free individual accounts.
