Online Only not Working

It's my first day on box. I'm not impressed so far. More impressed than Sync which I tried for one hour. I'm moving from Dropbox, which I have no issues with besides the price. But if box can do what I need, then great. But it's not working.

It's not working. Other places, support has said to log out and in again, which does seem to help but that's not a fix. That's a work around for an issue. I don't want to do that every time. Here's what they've said:

Can someone actually answer me on this or do I have to stop using box too?
