Invalid device when copying files

I have a user that can't copy a pdf file from her desktop into a box folder on her local computer. She gets an error that says "Invalid Device" She also was getting an error that says "The system cannot move the file to a different disk drive"

    No suggestions here but it's interesting we just had a user with the same "invalid device" error when deleting a file. On Windows for our user.
