Invitation mail not delivered
AnsweredWe sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "suppression list". I think the mail was sent before mail account was created. So I'd like to know if these mail adress are in supplession list.

I want you to check the user is affected or not. and if so, could you please raise a ticekt to remove him from suppression list?
