Invitation mail not delivered
AnsweredWe sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "suppression list". I think the mail was sent before mail account was created. So could you please delete the affected users from suupression list?

The affected user doesn't have Box account now, so he cannot contact to Box support directly.
Could you please raise the ticket on behalf of him?
