Trying to cancel my free trial

I want to cancel my free trial on my box account that is set up by the University of Alabama, because it keeps charging me money and I cant find anything in Box settings that will allow me to cancel the subscription or remove my card. I believe it's because it's a school/business account? I would greatly appreciate help with this issue soon
