Box is showing more used space than I am using
AnsweredHi, I have a problem that I have had once before with Box - on my accounts page it says I am using 92.6GB of my 100GB, however I have nothing like that uploaded to my Box. I have emptied the trash, but still it remains very high. This happened once before & I contacted Box & they sorted it out for me....I do need the space now, sould you please help me get my space back?! Thanx!

Please note that the accumulated storage and/or number of files will be updated and may take up to 24 hours to be correct. If the issue remains unresolved after 24 hours, please inform us and we will investigate further.

Thanx for your answer, but in this case that is not the problem - I haven't just deleted a load of files & not waited to see the space appear in my account - it's been this way for a while & I have been meaning to contact you about it. Now I do need the space so it's become urgent to clear it - please advise!
