Box says my storage is full, but I only see 100MB of files.

Please help me reset the storage count. Why does this happen? Does this occur because I reached the max a few days ago?

Is there a maximum number of files/volume of data that can in and out of the account per day?

  Please note that the accumulated storage and/or number of files will be updated and may take up to 24 hours to be correct. If the issue remains unresolved after 24 hours, please inform me and we will investigate further.
