Searching Tags - Files not showing when searching a tag

Hi,

I'm having trouble with a tagged item, when I search for it using the search bar, the files don't appear. Could you please look into this issue?

  Hi there,

  Welcome to Box Community!

  Any update on this ticket? I'm having the same issue. I've tagged multiple files, the tags show up in the list view under the document name, and when i click on the tags associated with the files, the search returns zero results.
