Opening a Case for Suppressed Emails

In a previous post about users not receiving confirmation emails from Box, I was prompted to "Email on suppression list: If Box notifications ever bounce, emails are automatically added to our suppression list. Open a case with the support team to check the affected email address(es)."
This hyperlink does not allow me to open a case. How do I open a case to check the affected email addresses?

That link just takes me back to the post page. I am unable to open a case. Could a support member open a case for me? I have 4 emails that are unable to receive emails from the Box and cannot sign in.
