    We have received complaints from clients because files are missing and cannot do our work. When can your support staff contact me? We are in a very urgent situation.

    Hey there, 

    I have the same issue. I upgraded my plan 2 (business) days ago. When I link to my project folders, the files are not displayed to clients. This makes me look unprofessional. My business is at a stand-still until this can be resolved.

    Hi

    You should create your own post instead of my thread.
    Then support will contact you a couple of days later and an engineer will be selected for you within a few days.
    Once an engineer has been selected, they will respond as soon as possible. It took me about two weeks from the time I had the problem until the problem was completely resolved.
