Account Transfer

My boss has a BOX account that he pays for with his credit card, but the account was set up by his admin who no longer works at our company (the email used doesn't exist anymore). We need to have the account ownership transferred to my boss. Please let me know how to proceed.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
If you can login to the current Box admin (of a Business or Enterprise) account, you can change the Admin role to another managed user account.
Requirements
- This task can be performed only by the current Box Admin for your organization, logged in as the Box Admin.
- If you have at least one verified domain, then the email addresses of both the current administrator and the managed user who will be assigned the Admin role must be members of those domains.
