Repeated Login Failures and Frustration with Support Access

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with an ongoing issue that’s seriously impacting my productivity. For the past few weeks, I have been unable to log in to my Box account without having to reset my password multiple times a day. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive an "INVALID CREDENTIAL" error, which is baffling since I use Google Password Manager to ensure accuracy.
After resetting my password, I’m able to access my account temporarily, but only for a few minutes before encountering the same issue again. This is happening across various platforms and browsers, including Windows, Mac, Chrome, and Safari, so it is clearly not a device-specific problem.
What’s equally frustrating is the lack of direct support options. I was extremely disappointed to discover there’s no way to contact support directly via ticket or email, especially as a paying customer. Having to rely on a forum to resolve critical service issues is unacceptable, especially when I am paying around $1,000 a year for this service.
This is affecting my work, and I need a solution urgently. If this issue can’t be resolved swiftly, I will be looking for a more reliable provider.
Please address this matter immediately and provide a working solution. I expect a prompt response.
