To resolve the "Account out of Storage" error in Box despite mcdvoice low utilization, contact Box support directly via their support page or community forums. Explain your issue and request the script to clear the error. If ticket creation is an issue, try reaching out through live chat or phone support for immediate assistance.

    Carey,

I have already attempted to reach Box support via the support page. There is no link for a live chat, email, or phone support. The best I could do was to create a post in this forum. Our company is a paying customer, and this is the best support that we can receive? We are currently planning a migration to OneDrive, I suppose we should expedite that process if you cannot do better.

    Hi there,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

While look into your account, did you also check if the error lies within your own or collaborated folders? If you confirmed its the latter, please contact the folder owner.

Note: Each folder's storage is counted against its owner's storage allocation.

    Thanks for posting!

This post has not been answered, the problem still exists, the issue is not within the collaborated folders. There is a script that your team needs to run to resolve this issue and this is the only method that I can use to contact support. I would appreciate you taking the time to run the script to resolve this issue.

Please reference your own KB article and get this resolved.

    Hi there,

    Good day!

According to my investigation, you only have collaborated folders present in your account.

Furthermore, the owner of the affected folder has exceeded his/her storage allocation. In that case, please have the owner to contact Box Support so we could look into his/her account storage.

    Hope it helps!
