Client subscribed by mistake
AnsweredOccasionally my clients are confused about getting file downloads and think they have to subscribe to Box. A recent client did subscribe and wants to cancel but is told he has to wait until next billing cycle. How can I get him refunded now. He's upset with my Box service and spreading the word about this.
