I'm encountering an error while making an API call with a new Box app. Could you let me know what changes are needed to resolve this?

API call: `api.get("2.0/users?limit=1000")`  
Error: `{"errorType":"axios","httpError":{},"message":"getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.box.com"}`

I found one related solution : https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049156474-getaddrinfo-ENOTFOUND-upload-box-com-upload-box-com-443?input_string=getaddrinfo%20EAI_AGAIN%20api.box.com

But the instructed change with the file was already present. [So, Not helpful]
Also. It is not working in server. Although my other Box cred from different account is working.
