Hi have created zip archive with set files and checking status or trying to download zip url returns 404 for past 4 days. for every zip archive url

Can you try the workflow below and confirm if it works for you?
- In postman, create zip download https://developer.box.com/reference/post-zip-downloads/
- For convenience, paste the download link returned from the call above in my web browser to begin zip download
- Make this request to get the status https://developer.box.com/reference/get-zip-downloads-id-status/
