How to purge email address
CompletedI am pretty frustrated to have paid so much money for a company Box.com subscription and to not have an actual support team to contact. But I'm glad there is a strong community of users!
We are trying to add a managed user to our Enterprise Account who previously had a free Box.com account associated with their email address. The individual has permanently deleted the free Box.com account, but we still cannot add her to the Enterprise Account because Box.com says, "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise."
Is there a way to get Box.com to purge this email account from its system so she can be added as a Managed User on our Enterprise Account? We can't use a different email address.
