    What was the resolution? Opposing counsel sent me a similar folder and I didn't receive a 6-digit code either. Is the only resolution to have the creator contact Box?

    You (and/or whoever didn't receive the 6-digit code) need to reach out to Box to resolve the issue. Box will need to ask the user account specific security questions, so the folder creator will not be able to help.
