    Hi,

    I'd like to change the currently registered credit card to a new one, however, it shows an error even after entering the correct information of the new credit card.

    This is the error I got (originally in Japanese):

    “An error occurred while processing the request. We were unable to process your payment information. Please double-check that all fields are entered correctly and try again.” (要求の処理中にエラーが発生しました。リクエストを処理できませんでした。すべてのフィールドが正しく入力されていることを再確認し、もう一度実行してください。サポートが必要な場合は、support.box.comにアクセスしてください。)

    Could you please guide how to change the credit card information?
