    Has a solution for this issue been found? I have the same exact issue, running Big Sur 11.2, default settings on Safari, no extensions

    Can you try the following initial troubleshooting steps and see if it helps resolve this issue for you?:

    • Clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Is your Safari set to block third-party cookies? If so, can you unblock this and set to allow third-party cookies and see if this helps?
