    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post in the forum!
     
    A few things I'd like you to try:
    • Do you have the latest version of Chrome in your PC? Please make sure that you have the latest version when accessing Box.
    • Have you tried to close the tab and then re-open the file in Box? 
    • Can you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you?
    If none of these work, please go ahead and submit a support ticket here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for an agent to help look into this.
