Cannot Link to Box In NetSuite

Dear Support,

 

I have try to follow the step on below url

https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195833-Installing-the-Box-for-Oracle-NetSuite-Bundle

However when I try to go for the box content of Customer, that prompt for login and after refresh, that keep to ask login again, 

Do any additional security setup is require on NetSuite or Box?
