Share folders are not visible
I have been given access to a set of shared folders.
The problem is it is like those 'shared' folders are not shared.
I use the mobile app and can not see those folders in the app.
Maybe I don't understand how it works. But if something is shared wouldn't those folders actually show up and be visible in the iOS app?
The problem is they do not show up.
The ONLY way to access these 'shared' folders it to hunt down the email that have a link in it and click on that link. This is so manual. Surely this is not how the app is designed to work.

This is an on going problem. There are several that experience this burgoning problems. I want to find a resolve. Surely this is not how the app works.

It looks like you have been given a "Shared link" thus to access those shared folders, you would need the link shared to you.
If you wish to see the folders into your Box folder structure, you would have to be added as a "Collaborator" to the folder.
