How to access a file
I have been sent a document via box. I have only been given a reference number. How do i access and download this file?

When you receive a document via Box, it is usually in a form of either a "Shared link" or a Collaboration invitation and email notifications are sent.
Did you receive a notification in your email? Do you mind providing more information?
