    Hi everyone,

This problem has been happening with me for months. Even though all my files are in total 6.8 GB, the storage used by my account is 11.2GB of 10GB. It means, I can upload no more files. I stopped using box for my every day needs because of that problem. I hope Box Team can solve it soon.

    Regards,

I had 9.6GB used out of 10GB space so I deleted 1.1GB documents, but now it says 9.7 GB.  I wonder if it will be an issue for us to upload more files more than 300MB.  Because it would reach to 10GB.

My problem was solved after contacting Box customer service. They said it is an issue they have and they could update my box account and fix the problem.

I want to mention that it is a very serious issue that Box has. Showing incorrect used storage forces users to upgrade and it is wrong.

This is an issue, lasts from February, 2020. For two years, they haven't found any solution!? How do we understand this? A cheap taktik maybe...

So they haven't done anything about this? I have 6GB of files and it said I'm using 31.8GB. My storage is 50GB.
