Wrong datacount is stopping me from uploading new files.
I cannot find any mail adress to the box support team. The site only goes in circles, and no possibility to send a mail is given.
Box has taken my storage use and it looks to me that it is now counted and then doubled. I have 100Gb, and have used around 70 GB. Now box has counts around 150 and stops me from uploading more files. This happened suddenly and now I cannot upload any new files.
What I did before the wrong counting started was that I created a new folder and moved a lot of my older folders into the new folder. This was to make it easier for me to manage collaborators. Perhaps this is the reason for the error.
This is urgent. I am managing archives for a choir, and we use box to play our own mp3 files so we can study in the songs fast and well. We have a concert coming up!
