MacOS one account can access drive, other account errors out
Really strange issue, our IT admin account can open box drive and login with no issues. The customers account cannot access box drive. All I get is the most generic error ever, "something went wrong and box drive needs to quit." I'm at a loss and reimaging is not a desirable option, even though it would most likely work.
