Unable to disconnect Enterprise Account trial from production user
As part of an Enterprise Trial, we added an existing Box user (utilizing a free account). Now that the trial is over, that particular user is LOCKED and cannot access their account due to a 'billing' issue. When we restored our trial access through our Account Manager, we only see an option to completely delete the user. Their existing file shares were originally from another Box account's share. How can we have the account 'decoupled' from the trial?
