Visibility of Shared Files
Hello,
I have a client who we shared a Box file with and he is uneasy that the whole team (internal team) will have access to his files. Is there anyway to remove who he sees has access to the files. I know once you share a folder with someone it tells you who all has access to it on the right hand side.
Is it possible for that to be removed? Maybe some setting we can change?

Hi Stacia,
Welcome to the Box Community!
If your client has shared files/ folders using a "Shared link", he can always limit the access to his link by changing the "Shared link access" (People with the link; People in your company; Invited people only).
He may also modify the Link Security Settings by setting a password or set link expiration, etc. Take a look at this article to learn more about these security settings he may apply on Shared links: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697554-Configuring-Individual-Shared-Link-Settings
Hope it helps! Thanks for posting and for your participation in the forum!
