Need assistance with syncing a folder

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Did you follow the steps in this article to mark your folders in to sync to your Box Sync folder? 

    Can you check on your system tray/menu bar is the "b" icon for Box sync is blue and if its running on your computer?

    Do you mind providing more information or even share a screenshot? This will help out other members of the community to figure this issue out with you.
