Need assistance with syncing a folder
I created folder on my documents and moved that folder to the box sync on my c drive. Then I added documents to the folder. I logged to Box and selected sync from my box account and the documents did not come over...can you tell me what i did wrong

Did you follow the steps in this article to mark your folders in Box.com to sync to your Box Sync folder? https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196393-Marking-Content-for-Box-Sync
Can you check on your system tray/menu bar is the "b" icon for Box sync is blue and if its running on your computer?
