Box Status

Folder Versions are they available?

I can find previous versions of files but unlike Windows I cannot seem to find previous versions of folders in Box.  Is this possible?  Sometimes I would like to see which files were inside a folder last week compared to this week, for example.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about Folder versioning, we do however have File version history. 

    If this is something you would like to see in Box in the future, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

    Hi France,

    I have a related file version question. I see a few other users asked about it a few months ago but was never taken care of. Could you look at this issue of "server error, file versions could not be retrieved"? I am a free user and should have one(1) older version available for restore and I do see label V2 beside many of my files but when I click on the V2 label and try to restore an older version, this error appears. Please help!
