General Task vs Approval Task in a workflow
What is the difference between assigning a general task vs approval task? Why would you use one versus the other?

To explain the difference between a General task vs Approval task, if you want the assignee merely to accept or reject the task -- for example, approving or rejecting a budget -- you'll want to choose and click Approval Task. For any other activities -- for example, copy editing a blog or filling out an invoice -- you'll want to choose General Task.
