Can't access Box
I've tried for two days to access Box. Using Firefox and Chrome. Keep getting ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Can't find any articles about this anywhere. Anyone else having the same issues?

I checked with our team there is no going issue when accessing Box via Webapp, the status in Status.box.com also seems clear.
Can you try the following tips to resolve the issue you encounter?:- Try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser/s, and see if this helps
- Try disabling your firewall or AV scanner and see if it makes any difference

Hello,
I am having the same issue with Box Drive on my office wifi. When I try to connect, I get SSL_ERROR. It works fine on my home wifi, so we are assuming it is being blocked by organization's firewall, but the IT department cannot find any evidence of it being blocked. What do we look for?
