Help!! Uploaded Photos Missing

All photos I had previously uploaded to various boxnote files are now missing. The files are still there, just no photo inside. Instead, there is an blank icon that says "Image could not be loaded due to removal or insufficient permission". Does anyone know why this would be??

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You may encounter this error message if:

    1. image has been removed
    2. shared link access type of the file is restricted

    If the issue you encounter is due to the 2nd option, please have a look at this article as this may be relevant to your problem with the next steps: Inserting Images in Box Notes

    • When you use the Upload image from your computer option, the images will be stored in a Box folder in the same directory as the Box Note. The folder is called "Box Notes Images" and inside the folder will be a specific folder named after the title of your Box Note. The images are inserted into the note using Shared Links with your account's default access type. If you are sharing a Box Note with someone outside your company, you may need to adjust the access level of the images' shared links for them to appear.
