History files are not showing
Dear All,
Lately, my PC has been attacked by a Ransom Virus, and all my files in the local Box folder have been cyphered now. Unfortunately, due to the synchronization, the cyphered files have been also uploaded to my online Box folder. I am trying to access the history files in the Box online folder, but they are not showing. I appreciate if you can help me approaching my history files.

Version history allow users to access older versions of their files in Box and depending on your account type, your access to this may be limited.
